Strategic Management and Leadership course develops the essential knowledge and skills for building and managing teams, leading people and teams, strategic management for business, and planning for the future.

The overall structure of Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is comprised of eight units covering diverse topics related to leadership and management. To achieve a diploma in leadership and management you will need pass minimum eight units out of which there are six mandatory units, and you will be allowed to select two units from optional units. Each Unit carries 15 credits and makes the level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership a 120 credits qualification. The structure of the course is as follow;

• Unit 702 – Manage Team Performance to Support Strategy
• Unit 704 – Information Management and Strategic Decision Taking
• Unit 705 – Leading a Strategic Management Project
• Unit 706 – Strategic Direction
• Unit 711 – Strategic Planning
• Unit 724 – Development as a Strategic Manager

Optional Units (Choose 2 units, each unit carries 15 credits)

• Unit 703 – Finance for Managers
• Unit 708 – Strategic Marketing
• Unit 710 – Organisational Change Strategies
• Unit 712 – Human Resource Planning

Remember each unit carries 15 credits and 60 guided learning hours (GLH).

Accreditation and Certification

This level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is accredited and regulated by Ofqual under RQF framework. The qualification accredited number (QAN) of Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is (601/5335/0).
