The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Diploma delivers a combination of six context-specific core units and two optional units that reflect learners' needs working in a wide range of organisational contexts. That includes small businesses, large private sector organisations, public sector organisations, not-for-profit organisations, and professional service firms.

What is QUALIFI?

QUALIFI is approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) with a reference number RN5160. Ofqual is responsible for maintaining standards and confidence in a wide range of vocational qualifications, whereas QUALIFI has a duty of care to implement quality assurance processes.

The qualifications have been designed to be accessible without artificial barriers that restrict access and progression. For entry to the Qualification, learners will be expected to hold the following:

• Solid knowledge of the English Language
• Be age 16 years or above
• Demonstrated some ability and possessed qualifications at Level 6, for example, or First Degree.
• In certain circumstances, managers with considerable experience but no formal qualifications may be considered, subject to interview and being able to demonstrate their ability to cope with the demands of the programme.
