Diploma level 7 Accounting and Finance aims to provide a means by which the continuing professional and personal needs of accounting practitioners. Specifically, it aims to extend and enhance the understanding and competence gained via professional qualification and to enhance the ability of students to think strategically about management and organisational change.

Learners completing the QUALIFI Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management will allow progress to:
- The QUALIFI Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, or
- A university partner to complete a dissertation to then receive a full master’s degree, or
- Directly into employment in an associated profession.
