The Level 6 Diploma in Management (Operations Management) is a 60 credit qualification. To achieve this qualification all learners must complete two of the four core units totalling 30 credits and then two of the five units from the Operations Management Pathway.
These qualifications are designed to provide learners with the opportunity to acquire a broader range of knowledge and understanding and to develop the skills they require to work in the field of management, specialisms that are directly related to learners’ current responsibilities or that meet a particular interest and support career development.
On successful completion of a Level 6 Qualification in Management there are a number of progression opportunities. Learners may progress to: larger qualifications at the same level e.g. from a diploma to an extended diploma or other qualifications at the next level for example to a Level 7 Diploma or Extended Diploma in Strategic Management or Healthcare Management or an MBA programme.
Students will be well served by these qualifications, whether they are seeking to move on to higher level university courses or to increase their employability profile and effectiveness within a current or future organisation.
Awards for Training and Higher Education (ATHE), UK - an Awarding body by the UK Government’s regulator - OfQual. The programme is delivered in partnership with London School of International Business.
