The level 3 personal trainer qualification is a home / online learning course aimed at students that need flexible learning, it takes 4-6 weeks to complete this qualification as a part-time learning option.

Unit 2 – Applying nutritional principles to personal training
Unit 3 – Planning exercise programme design for personal training clients

Unit 5 – Business acumen and the use of information technology for a personal trainer

Who is this course for?
The level 3 personal training course is aimed at students that already have their level 2 gym instructor qualification. If students do not have the level 2 gym instructor course already, we can provide one with our level 3 gym and personal trainer qualification - which includes the level 2 qualification.

Career path
Diverse Trainers graduate students go on to set business's up in personal training, work for large gym and leisure centres - untilising our tutors experience, knowledge and industry links. Often our students also go on to work over seas when they qualify as a personal trainer.

What is an ‘endorsed’ course?
An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body’s logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
