This Level 3 Pilates Instructor Course with Small Equipment combines the Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor Course with additional small equipment detail to the course learning. It will enable you to run more inclusive classes, work with a wider range of clients in your community and significantly enhance your teaching skills.

Description
In addition to offering basic and intermediate Pilates classes, you will:
- Be able to offer classes utilising the benefits of small equipment
- Provide your clients with a progression route by aiding proprioception and body awareness
- Be able to offer variety for your class participants and aid client retention
You will learn how to use small equipment safely and effectively to change the focus of an exercise or to increase the challenge for participants. As a Pilates teacher it is important to keep your classes fresh, inspiring, and innovative. With the Pilates Small Equipment course, you will be able to offer classes using the Mini Ball, Half Foam Roller, Band, Weighted Balls and the Pilates classic piece of small equipment – The Ring.
Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.
Students who have formal fitness teaching qualifications or a Gym Instructing qualification may be able to advance quicker in this course.
Accreditation of Prior Achievement (APA) certificates will also be considered for this award.
