Adebola asked:

I have paid for the course and payment duly confirmed in the last 1 week. However, I still cannot access the course . Please, can you help ?

Answer:

On 28 December 2022 we sent you two different login emails, with full instructions on how to login and access your courses. It is basic practice that when one is expecting an email, one checks all their email folders including Inbox, Spam, Junk folders. You should do that. As adults, all students are self-directing. Therefore, when an email is sent to a student, that student is expected to read the email content and follow instructions given. We will forward the original email to you today

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.
Abimbola asked:

I want to register for the course how do I do it. Where do I go

Answer:

Click on Add to Basket, agree terms, pay the fee through this site. After payment, Reed emails the student's name and email address to us. We create the student's learner account, enrol the student in the course, email the student their login details with links. The student clicks on login link, logs in, takes the course immediately. Once completed, the completion certificate is immediately available, for PDF download.
