Questions and answers
Is this course suitable for someone working in an international school abroad? We have BSO (British School Overseas) status with Ofsted inspections.

This was helpful.Hi, currently working in Foundation 2 full time, would like to take this course, is this qualification count as staff ratios for early year?
Answer:Hi Romi, Yes, this qualification will allow your setting to included you in the ratios upon completion.
This was helpful.Hi. I know we need a placement. But do we have direct observations in our workplace or is it all done online Thank you
Answer:Hi Amber, Yes, direct observations are required as this is a work based qualification. These can be done using an expert witness from your setting or we can arrange for an assessor from the college to visit your setting and do them for you at an additional charge. If you use your own expert witness then the person must be suitably qualified as below: A qualified teacher (QTS) , A qualified assessor or hold a LV4 qualification in Early Years.
