The Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools is ideal for those who are looking to pursue a career as a teaching assistant, supporting teachers in a classroom to ensure the pupils are able to derive the most benefit from a lesson.


The qualification covers both theoretical knowledge needed and the practical and competence based element, giving you the opportunity to conduct some of your learning in the workplace, as you are required to complete a work placement of at least 50 hours.
