Course Outline

The Level 1 Award in Bookkeeping course is based on 30 CPD points. Therefore, the Learner must complete the modules given below.

Course / Training Format

After successful enrolment, the learner will have access to the UKPDA Learning Platform, where all the study material and training Manuals are available. The Platform can be accessed 24/7, anywhere, anytime.

The Training Manual contains several modules, each with a specific knowledge base and a case study at the end. The course material is all text (images/illustrations), and there are no videos or live lectures during the training course.

The Tests (MCQs) will be based on modules of the Training Manual.

Assessment

After studying the training manual, the Learner will have to take the Final Test (an online multiple-choice test—2 attempts). If necessary, the learner may take the test a third time at no extra cost. Your test will be assessed automatically and immediately, so you will immediately know whether you have been successful or not. The passing score is 75%. If you are not successful on the first attempt, you can retake the Test.

Before attempting your Final Test, you will have the opportunity to test your proficiency with a Mock Test (an online multiple-choice test with unlimited attempts).

All test(s) / Assessment(s) are online and are taken either through or after the course; these are included in the course price.

Duration

The minimum time period to complete this training is 4 Weeks. But it is self-paced course, and the duration of completion depends on the learner’s pace and ability to give time to study.

Learners will have access to their Training via the Learning Platform for up to 12 months from the date of enrolment. During this period, they will have the flexibility to complete the course at any time.

Certificate

Upon successfully passing the Final Assignment(s) / Final Test, the Learner needs to pay for the CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion from UKPDA, which can be downloaded in PDF or Hard Copy.
