Module Two: Family Law – documentation includes: Statement of reconciliation, Statement of arrangement for children, Letter relating to Legal Aid, Application for decree nisi, Answer to petition, Attendance note.
Module Three: Wills and Probate – documentation includes: Draft Will, Engrossed Will, Codicil, Statutory Notice, Estate Accounts, Acknowledgement of legacy, File note.
Module Four: Civil Litigation – documentation includes: Attendance note, Progress chart, Letter before action, Claim form N1, Particulars of Claim, Defence, Certificate of Service, Statement, Bill of costs.
