Introduction: includes example letters used in a legal office such as a client care letter, information on the fictitious case study including an organisation chart and the work of a legal secretary.

Module One: Criminal Litigation – documentation includes: Letters relating to Court hearings, Attendance note, Affidavit, Attendance note, Statement of Accused, Brief to Counsel.

Module Two: Family Law – documentation includes: Statement of reconciliation, Statement of arrangement for children, Letter relating to Legal Aid, Application for decree nisi, Answer to petition, Attendance note.

Module Three: Wills and Probate – documentation includes: Draft Will, Engrossed Will, Codicil, Statutory Notice, Estate Accounts, Acknowledgement of legacy, File note.

Module Four: Civil Litigation – documentation includes: Attendance note, Progress chart, Letter before action, Claim form N1, Particulars of Claim, Defence, Certificate of Service, Statement, Bill of costs.
