The course provides a comprehensive overview on the major areas of civil litigation. It is taught either by distance or by distance and with some attendance. Both options are supported by an experienced Legal Professional tutor.
The unit will consist of selected topics chosen from the following general principles and practice of civil litigation, including; the organisation, jurisdiction and functions of the civil courts and of the legal profession.
