Lean Six Sigma is one of the most popular business improvement techniques in the world due to its effectiveness and flexibility. It can be used to solve small but challenging problems or huge company-wide issues, to great effect.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is the first level of qualification in which you can run improvement projects yourself. You’ll gain the skills to run improvement projects on a small or department-level scale, or support Black Belts to deliver more complex improvements.

This on-site course takes five days to complete and is supported by additional online study.
