Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Boot Camp

Our Lean Six Sigma Full Certified Green Belt course is now available as an accelerated, extended hours Boot Camp, allowing you to experience the richness of PMI’s Green Belt content and achieve certification but with only 5 days spent out of the office.

This intense and productive 7-day residential course offers the same great content as our 2 x 5-day programme which means you can return to the office on Monday morning ready and equipped to apply your learning straight away.

The PMI Boot Camp course teaches the best in process improvement, Lean and Six Sigma tools and methods and their application using our powerful Improvement Cycle.

There will be evening exercises for you to complete with your cohort to practice and embed the tools and techniques you have explored during the day.

Essential Pre-Work

Pre-work which must be completed in advance of Day 1. This is essential work and will ensure you’re ready to immerse yourself in the classroom content.

Timings, Fees, Location

The Boot Camp is a UK residential course which will run over the summer at The University of Warwick’s Conference Park.

Day 1 starts at 13.00 on Sunday 13th August and runs through to Day 7 at 12.30 the following Saturday (20th).

The price is all inclusive of accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments throughout the day and we’ve chosen a venue where you will have access to sports facilities, a gym, a swimming pool and an arts centre so that you can relax and let off steam.
