PMI’s Green Belt Boot Camp course is an accelerated version of the 2 x 5-day Lean Six Sigma Full Certified Green Belt course and has the same outstanding PMI content delivered to some of the world’s most successful businesses.

Open to everyone, this intense, extended hours residential 6-day course covers all of the content in the 2 x 4-day course, including:

  • How to define and streamline a process
  • Understand process improvement
  • Use control charts to make more informed decisions and lock in the improvements you made with process standardisation
  • Value stream mapping
  • How to identify waste in a process
  • How to measure and reduce variation and
  • How to manage change in your organisation, moving towards a culture for continuous improvement.

There will be evening exercises for you to complete with your cohort to practice and embed the tools and techniques you have explored during the day.
