How is it different from the Full Green Belt?
This course covers the fundamentals of lean, six sigma and process improvement to allow the delegates to gain the necessary understanding of improvement project methodology. The Foundation Green Belt is ideal for delegates who want to be able to lead smaller projects within their own departments or areas of responsibility.
The modular structure means you can go on to complete the extra 5 days to become a Full Green Belt at a future date. Full Green Belts are able to lead much larger projects across departments and functions. They are also able to apply more advanced tools for understanding and eliminated both variation and waste as well as more sophisticated change management skills.
Who is this course for?
Delegates representing every organisational function have participated in this programme. Many of our clients have used it to introduce managers and staff to process improvement, Six Sigma and lean.
Lean Six Sigma Foundation Green Belt training is appropriate not only for those selected to be improvement project team leaders but for local directors and any leader or facilitator whose job includes process improvement and management.
