Description
One of the most frequent challenges we hear from organisations, is that while they want to improve, they struggle to find the time. Sound familiar? If it does then our Lean Practitioner Yellow Belt course is right for you..
Rather than presenting a set of tools, this in-house classroom course combines Lean tools, soft skills & psychology with improvement principles (improve flow, identify value, PDSA, mapping the value stream etc.) within a proven Kaizen methodology. Kaizen events are short but very effective improvement workshops designed to tackle problems quickly and effectively whilst stimulating a lean improvement culture in all levels of the organisation.
This ensures you will leave with an ability not just to apply Lean improvement but to make it work effectively in your organisation, from day one.
