Kaizen events, also known as Kaizen Blitz, are a speedy way to review an issue, find the cause and generate a solution within a strict three to five day deadline. They’re common in Lean organisations where staff are empowered to regularly identify and resolve issues to create a climate of continuous improvement.

This online course contains the same great content as our classroom course, but in a format that puts you in control of your learning.

This thorough online course provides students with a clear understanding of Kaizen events, including the structure and tools, along with high-level facilitation training.

Across 18 hours of exciting, interactive eLearning, you will become a confident Kaizen Facilitator with the skills you need to run a Kaizen blitz and generate positive change for your workplace.

You’ll have six months’ access to this course, allowing you plenty of time to review the materials and get comfortable with your new skills. However, we also offer lifetime support, so if you need help once your access has expired you only need to ring us!
