Description

Leading with authenticity helps to enhance your authority, both within your organisation and beyond. This senior management training course prioritises a high-level understanding of the dynamics of leadership, organisational culture and personal values and the effective use of story-telling to underpin confident communication.

The course will cover:

  • characteristics of outstanding leaders
  • organisational culture and its impact
  • leadership self-assessment
  • effective organisational and personal narratives through story-telling

  • adaptive leadership – leading amidst uncertainty

This leadership course takes place at the Centre's central London training suite with easy access to tube, bus and mainline rail stations.

Who is this course for?

This Leading with authenticity training course is specifically targeted at senior managers and chief executives who have at least three years' experience, with direct responsibility for managing both people and resources. It will be helpful, though not essential, to have attended either the Centre's Moving up in management or Manager to leader course.

The Centre works with people from all sectors including the public sector, voluntary sector, corporate sector and private sector.
