Who is this course for?
It is the next step after ITIL Foundation for professionals who have already learned the basics of IT Service Management (ITSM) and hold the Foundation certification.
In order to take the ITIL® Practitioner exam, you need to hold ITIL® Foundation certification.
Once you have completed the ITIL® Practitioner, you will be able to go onto the ITIL® Intermediate modules and go further into the ITIL® Service Lifecycle. The career path that this is best suited to is IT Service Management (ITSM) and the number of roles this industry holds.
