ITIL V3 Intermediate: Operational Support and Analysis
The course provides 30 hours’ worth of learning material. Students will have access to the course for six months.

ITIL Operational Support & Analysis exam:
- This is a complex multiple-choice exam
- This is a closed-book exam
- There are eight scenario-based questions
- Students will have 90 minutes to complete the exam
- To pass the exam you must get 28/40 questions correct (70%)
- Candidates sitting the examination in any language other than their first language will have 120 minutes to complete the exam and may use a dictionary
- Candidates who successfully pass the exam will gain four ITIL credits
