Who is this course for?

Anyone who holds the ITIL® Foundation Certification and needs a sure-fire route to success in fully understanding the complete ITIL® lifecycle. The Service Lifecycle track is usually one undertaken by management or a team leader whose role requires management of different areas or work across different teams needed to deliver quality service management practices.

Requirements

To sit the examinations in this package, students must have completed their ITIL® Foundation Examination and passed it.

Career path

Upon completion of this package, students will have a complete understanding of the ITIL® Service Lifecycle. Once the examinations for each course have been passed the student will be able to take the Managing Across the Lifecycle course. They will also be able to function in a plethora of service management, IT and analyst roles earning an average salary of £45,000.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
