The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) – Exam Only is designed for ITSM Practitioners who want to understand how to plan and build a service value stream. The exam demonstrates whether candidates have grasped the concepts and challenges related to organisational structure. This exam is a prerequisite to gain the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional certification. You will be assessed in your knowledge of ITIL® practices and how it contributes to creation, delivery and support. What does study method mean?
