Live Labs Once you have completed your online training modules its time to get some hands on experience. Once you have completed our IT Technician course you will have a fully comprehensive understanding of both IT hardware and software.

You will then be ready to begin the recruitment process. At this stage we will look to secure you at least three interviews.

The types of roles we will look to place you in are as follows: IT Technician, 1st Line Support or Service Desk Analyst. The starting salary for these types of roles vary from £21,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Upon gaining employment within the IT industry, you will be able to dictate your own career path. You could choose to go into Cyber Security, Web Development, Networking, Programming... the possibilities are endless.
