Description
You’ll begin by exploring the background and structure of ISO 45001, understanding its integration with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and reviewing Saudi OHS regulations and standards. In the auditing modules, you’ll cover key principles—impartiality, competence and risk-based approaches—then learn to plan audits using ISO 19011 guidelines and ISO/IEC 17021-1 criteria.
Next, you’ll practise auditing Clauses 4–10 of ISO 45001:2018, gathering evidence through interviews, document reviews and workplace observations, while taking into account local hazards, worker participation and cultural considerations. You will also focus on the internal auditor role, developing essential skills to execute step-by-step OHSMS audits.
In the final modules, you’ll deepen your understanding of the Lead Auditor’s responsibilities—examining certification pathways, transition timelines and stakeholder management—and receive targeted exam preparation, including time-management strategies and application guidance for Saudi registration.
