Introduction to Veterinary Nursing
This course is designed to allow the learner to investigate and to gain underpinning knowledge on a range of subjects that student veterinary nurses have to encounter during their training. Learners will be guided towards the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and The British Veterinary Nursing Association to allow them to research the training options open to them and to fully understand the requirements of a student veterinary nurse and how this role is an important asset within a veterinary practice. The course encourages independent research throughout and is an ideal source of information for those who are seriously considering a career in veterinary nursing.
The course can be included onto a CV to both highlight completion of the course sand to demonstrate to future employers that the learner has undertaken independent study. Once enrolled onto the course the learner can commence their studies immediately and will instantly receive 121 support from their tutor.
The course will encourage independent study and learners will be expected to complete a multi choice at the end. Successful completion of the multi choice assessment will result in a certificate being awarded.
The course materials will be send out via email and in PDF format, however if a hard copy is required there will be an additional charge of £10 to cover printing and postage charges.
Assessment:
The course tasks can be taken online or if the learner wishes they can send their completed tasks either by post or via a document attached to an email.

Answer:Hello There are no entry requirements for this course as it is an Introduction to Veterinary Nursing, but a keen interest in the subject is essential.
