11:15 - 12:00 Rapport (What is it and how the 3 components of NLP communication can be utilised to build rapport rapidly and effectively, face to face, over the telephone and in writing)
12:00 - 12:45 VHF Channels of Communication (How to tune into someone elses wavelength and what eye movements really mean)
12:45 - 13:00 The Unstoppable Combination (What is it and how does it take the hit and miss out of goal achievement?)
13:00 - 14:00 Lunch
14:00 - 14:45 Unstoppable NLP Combination 1st element - Values (What are values and how to elicit them)
14:45 - 15:15 2nd element - Beliefs (Recognising limiting beliefs and replacing them with new, empowering ones)
