Healthwatch Essex runs training for all their Healthwatch Essex Ambassadors to equip them with the skills they need to collect and represent the voice of the people of Essex. This includes engaging with local communities, active and positive listening skills, and the principles of inclusion. They have recently been commissioned to run this training with other groups including local clinical commissioning groups, hospitals, GP representation groups and PALS.
