This programme is designed for graduates and/or those with recent relevant professional experience to enhance employability and effectiveness through the development of a range of cognitive, intellectual, practical, personal and interpersonal skills combined with knowledge about the hospitality industry. Requirements:

Applicants need a good degree (minimum 2.2) or equivalent in a related discipline. Those applying from non-hospitality related disciplines may be required to study a range of level 6 modules before being accepted onto the Master's award. Candidates with significant relevant work experience and related qualifications are encouraged to apply. International students are required to have IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
