The Insurance Professional Apprenticeships programme is a well-rounded professional development programme for insurance professionals. It focuses on the Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours required for individuals to be successful in an insurance career. Description

This programme will focus on 3 developmental areas:

Knowledge:

Knowledge training will mainly cover all the CII units at Diploma level.
The programme will be taught in 2 stages:

  • Weekly live virtual classroom sessions
  • Two / Three-day face-face or virtual live revision; followed by exams

Skills & Behaviour Training:

Skills & Behaviour training will cover essential topics & content to improve learner’s soft skills and technical abilities. This training will take a blended approach:

  • Live virtual classroom
    training
  • Face-face training
  • E-learning

Talent Coaching:

We offer tailored career guidance and expert-led coaching to support your career goals.

Develop your wider skills with the help our talent coach:

  • Regular progress reviews and one-to-one coaching sessions
  • Monthly blogs and articles on health & wellbeing
  • Coaching to improve your numeracy, literacy & employability skills

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
