PTP (Practical Training for Professionals) delivers over 200 courses as public courses regularly in 7 UK cities (London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Leeds and Bristol). We also provide tailored in-house solutions. We specialise in management, sales, customer care, finance and personal development courses. The vast majority of our courses are 1-day in duration but we also have some 2-day and half-day courses. We limit public course class sizes to a maximum of 10 delegates with an average of 4-6 attending meaning that individual needs are met. Description

Conflict: no matter how hard we try to avoid it, it happens to all of us from time to time. Not many of us like it, and even fewer of us handle it well. There is no way to stop it happening altogether but with some tried and tested tips and techniques you can learn to handle it better, reduce the likelihood of it escalating to an uncomfortable confrontation and, maybe, reduce the possibility of it happening too often in the future.
