LEARNING WITH GLOBAL
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be practicing or aspiring first line managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the program
PROGRAM DURATION: Learners are free to complete the ILM Qualifications programs at their own pace. However, the Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management must be completed within 12 months from the date of enrollment (free extensions available). You will need to set aside about 6 hours per week to complete this program in 5 months.
ASSESSMENT: The assessments required for the program comprise One Work-based assignment (4 to 5 pages),for each Unit.
EXTENSIVE FREE RESOURCES: 80+ page plus learning manual, articles, workbooks and case studies are provided with every course, and are free to download.
CONTINUOUS SUPPORT: a dedicated coach will provide you with continuous support throughout the period of enrollment, and work with you to complete your assignments.
ILM MEMBERSHIP: In addition, enrollment and membership in the ILM is included in your course fee (at a cost of £114), which gives you access to an extensive online library of learning resources.
