About the tutor
I’m a US born (and US resident) Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Business Transformation Executive, Organizational Change Architect, consultant, author, and an IASSC Accredited Training Associate. My PhD is in Industrial-Organizational psychology; and my MBA is in Finance. I have led global operations for Fortune 500 organizations and been an executive leader within the Human Resources space.
Currently I am a Professor of Organizational Psychology and Change Management, teaching MBA students.
I have used Six Sigma all over the world, for Fortune 500 organizations, including the United States Federal Government, and even for professional sports teams.
Through the application of Six Sigma, I have helped save companies significant amounts of money, enhance the customer experience, and even make athletes faster and stronger.
