HR Assistants are individuals whose main job responsibilities are focused on helping HR directors and managers to accomplish tasks related to HR. Professional HR assistants are involved with all the programs and services that are related to an organization human resource division. Their work involves documenting grievances, terminations, absences, performance reports, and compensation and benefits information. Beyond administrative duties, HR assistants are also involved in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees. Other tasks, includes posting job openings, gathering information on new applicants, contacting references, and informing employees of their hiring status. They are also often responsible for handling everything from scheduling various events for company executives.

Description

This HR Adviser Professional Certificate will focus on the practical HR Assistant skills such as adhering to employment legislation, development and administration of a compensation and benefits program, attraction and retention of staffs, and communication skills. Participants will also study the management of staffs, resolution of conflicts, and computer and office skills.

This HR Assistant provides learners with a range of skills that are needed to perform basic HR job functions. This professional diploma course will assist participants in the administration and structuring of programs and policies designed to help staffs to be productive and safe in workplace. This diploma course will provide participants with advanced knowledge in recruitment, basic workplace safety, legal principles to a variety of employment situations, and basic payroll functions. This professional diploma course will also assist participants in facilitating employee training and development programs, and serve as a customer service representative for a human resources department.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this Certificate course, participants will be awarded with a HR Assistant Professional Certificate Level 4, and will also be able to:
