- Welcome patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors to hospital
- Optimize patient’s satisfaction, ensure treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.

- Comfort patients by anticipating patients' anxieties, answer patients' questions and maintain the reception area.
