Description

This diploma course will provide participants with the fundamental knowledge that are relevant and important to excellent customer or patient Service in hospitals. Participants will learn how to effectively handle different categories of patients, Emergency, VIPs, etc. Participants will also learn the importance of Communication in hospitals, how to communicate with traumatised patients and how to communicate and Empathise with relations of a deceased patient.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this diploma course, you will be awarded with a Hospital Front Desk Management Diploma, and will also be able to:

  • Welcome patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors to hospital
  • Optimize patient’s satisfaction, ensure treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
  • Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying doctors of patient's arrival
  • Review service delivery compared to schedule and remind doctors of service delays.
  • Comfort patients by anticipating patients' anxieties, answer patients' questions and maintain the reception area.
