Assessment Methods
To be eligible to get the HLTA certificate, learners have to create a portfolio of evidence which demonstrates achievement of all the learning outcomes and the assessment criteria associated with each unit. The evidence can be collected from a real workplace setup or an appropriate simulated situation. The vital portions of evidence for the portfolio may include:

- Record of oral and written questioning
