Purchases & refunds

As advised in your confirmation email, please allow two working days from the date of purchase to receive your course access details.

Should you not receive it by this date, please contact your course provider, or contact us directly using this form.


Yes, you can. From regulated qualifications to in-company training, reed.co.uk have a number of options to suit all your business needs.


You can find all your purchased courses by logging into your account and accessing your course purchase history.

If you have changed your mind about your course purchase, you have the right to apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you haven't accessed your course materials. Please note that this is only applicable for courses bought through reed.co.uk and that you are no longer eligible if you have accessed your course material or communicated with any course tutors.

Please sign into your account and go to your course purchase history via the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner to request your refund.

Click on the 'View order' button on the course you'd like refunded, scroll down and click the 'Request refund' button. From there, you will be prompted to select the reason you'd like a refund before submitting your request.

If you purchased your course without creating an account (via guest checkout) please create an account using the email address you listed as part of your Billing Details during checkout.

If you have already accessed your course or purchased it more than 14 days ago, it is at your course provider's discretion as to whether we are able to issue you a refund. As above, please submit your request via your course purchase history - your provider should respond shortly. If you are not satisfied with the provider's response to your refund request, you can get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help resolve the dispute.


If you're experiencing issues with making your payment, there are a few things you can do to try and solve the issue.

  1. Try switching to a different payment method. We cannot accept card payments from certain countries, so try using Paypal instead.
  2. Switch to a different browser, and check you're using the most up to date version. reed.co.uk is best viewed in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  3. Make sure you have cleared your cache and your cookies. Click here for instructions.

Once you've found the courses for you or your team, click on 'Add to basket'. You can edit the amount of courses directly in your basket.

If you have any problems purchasing multiple courses, please contact us. Our team aim to respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).


Yes, you can. Simply enter the person's details who you're buying the course for in the 'Student details' section, and the course provider will set them up with login details as usual.

If you're making the purchase, you'll be sent a separate purchase confirmation email.
