Overview

Research has consistently shown that people who define exactly what they want, write detailed plans to achieve them, and follow up those plans with persistence, are far more likely to succeed than those who do not. This one-day Goal Setting course will help you quantify your goals and outcomes, as well as to verbally define them. You will be able to make yourself and others more productive, and learn how to clearly define, plan and communicate your goals and how to manage the acheivement process more effectively.

Description

People are more motivated if they know how they are personally contributing to the success of the team or organisation. In order to create high performance it is vital that the people involced understand how they contribute to objectives.

This course explains the importance of aligning goals to the organisation’s vision, mission and values and relationship to personal goal setting. The training also develops your performance management skills to enable you to give practical and meaningful feedback to those people who are not performing in ways that are consistent with your set goal.
