Our GDPR Courses are very extensive and cover ALL aspects of GDPR from start to finish. This includes everything from business policies, processes, business risk, third party risk and assessments, data protection by design, data security, incident response, legal requirements and associated frameworks.?
Once you complete the course you will have a good understanding of what GDPR means to your business, how it affects each of the roles in your organisation including HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, Compliance and general staff. We provide you with practical examples that are related and specific to your organisation and guidelines to start implementing GDPR as well as the tools to start the process.
Our trainers are experienced, are certified as GDPR Practitioners and to date have trained nearly 500 companies. We receive excellent feedback. The courses are highly interactive and informative. Our trainers also have high levels of experience in other relevant fields such ISO, ITIL, Data Security, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials and the original DPA so this knowledge can be applied to your questions.

Our courses are run by EU GDPR Certified Practitioners, are extensive in content, provide you with a certificate of attendance and all the templates, information and assistance you need to be confident in taking the next steps. If you score 75% or above you will receive a certificate in GDPR Foundation

Overview of GDPR, it's background, terminology and what it means:?What's new and the difference between the existing Data Protection Act.?Key implementation and compliance areas.?Data subjects, responding to and dealing with individuals exercising their data protection rights including time limits. Subject Access Requests and how to respond.?Marketing departments and handling data appropriately. CV's, sensitive data, outsourcing payroll, pensions and other hr services. Employment contracts according to GDPR.?Human Resources departments and handling data appropriately.?Key steps to implementing GDPR including:?- Privacy by design, consent, consent withdrawal?- Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA's), what to include, when to perform and the situation. Binding corporate rules in accordance with GDPR.?- Protecting your business and adequate security tools, DLP, Isolation, Encryption, Pseudonymisation and Minimisation.?- Training, competence and staff awareness requirements. Education assistance, protecting your weakest link and confidentiality of sensitive data.?- The role of a DPO (Data Protection Officer), Data Processors and Data Controllers. GDPR Representatives. ?- Incident Response, breach reporting and business continuity options and requirements.
