Description
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is set to come into force in May 2018, and introduces the greatest changes to data protection legislation in 20 years.
In this session experienced lecturer Robert Edwards of Law Hound will examine what the GDPR in relation to providing information to individuals and using privacy notices.
Consideration will be given to the basics of providing information including how the information should be provided and what information should be included.
This session will offer a useful introduction or refresher for viewers in terms of their obligations under the GDPR.
