Is this course GDPR Foundation course? Or i would need to do more to consider this as foundation course?

This course is a CPD level 3 course. This course is CPD Accredited which is training related to professional development and is recognised by schools and employers across the UK. This is not equivalent to a formal qualification. Instead this course will introduce you into the field, teaching practical skills that you could then use to support your CV and job applications.
