Appliance pressures and gas rates explore safe operating ranges and why incorrect pressures can present safety concerns. Emergency isolation controls and valves explain how gas supplies are isolated during unsafe conditions.
Gas warning labelling addresses safety signage, user awareness, and hazard communication. Emergency and evacuation procedures focus on recognising unsafe situations and responding appropriately, without operational emergency training.
Chimney standards, inspection, and testing introduce awareness of flue integrity, inspection concepts, and safety checks. Gas appliances and safety conclude the course by reviewing appliance types, common faults, and general safety principles.

Upon successful completion of the Gas Engineering Awareness and Domestic Safety Principles course, learners receive a free digital certificate provided by Reed confirming course completion.
