Requirements

Participant prerequisites:

  • Knowledge of the principles of HACCP as defined by the Codex Alimentarius Commission, which may be gained by completing a HACCP level 3 course at LRQA or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 22000:2018 or acceptable equivalent, which may be gained by completing an ISO 22000:2018 Foundation (FSMS) Training course or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and insight of the participants will be tested with E-learning modules as course preparation work.
