Who is this course for?
For those who want to develop, modify, maintain and evaluate a food safety management systems based on ISO 22000:2018 and/or FSSC 22000 version 6.
This is also an excellent stepping stone for those who want to become a food safety management system auditor and lack a solid basis in food safety management systems.
Requirements
Participant prerequisites:
- Knowledge of the principles of HACCP as defined by the Codex Alimentarius Commission, which may be gained by completing a HACCP level 3 course at LRQA or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 22000:2018 or acceptable equivalent, which may be gained by completing an ISO 22000:2018 Foundation (FSMS) Training course or equivalent.
- Knowledge and insight of the participants will be tested with E-learning modules as course preparation work.
