The Food Safety Level 2 course will give food handlers the legally required certification to work in the catering sector.

The course covers the essential aspects of food hygiene and safety during all stages of food handling, so that you can minimise food safety hazards and ensure that the food you work with remains safe for customers to eat. You will also learn about the legal responsibilities of working with food and how to comply with the law.

Format

The course is presented as a slide show and the content is broken down into simple sections. At the end of each part there are some multiple-choice questions that allow you to test your knowledge before moving on to a new section. Upon completing the course you will need to take the Quiz, which consists of 30 multiple-choice questions. You will need to get a minimum of 21 questions right to pass the course and receive your certificate, which you will be able to download immediately in pdf format. Should you fail the quiz you can redo the course as many times as necessary.

Duration and Time Limit

The course takes approximately 2 – 3 hours to complete, although there is no time limit and you can do it in your own time and in stages.

Certificate

After passing the course you can immediately download your pdf certificate, which is fully accredited by ROSPA and endorsed by the Instituite of Hospitality. The certificate will allow you to work with food anywhere in the EU.

Ao completar o curso, você irá necessitar de fazer o questionário, que consiste de 30 questões de escolha múltipla. Você irá necessitar de responder corretamente a 21 questões para passar o curso e receber o seu certificado, que estará disponível para descarregar imediatamente em formato pdf. Se você falhar no questionário, você refazer o curso tantas vezes quanto necessário.

Duração e Limite de Tempo

O curso leva aproximadamente 2 – 3 horas a completar, apesar de não haver limite de tempo e você poder fazer o mesmo de acordo com a sua disponibilidade e em fases.

Certificado

Após passar o curso, você pode descarregar imediatamente o seu certificado em pdf, que é totalmente acreditado pelo CPD. O certificado irá permitir que trabalhe com alimentos em qualquer parte da UE.
