Food Safety - Level 1
Do you work in an environment that deals with food? Do you understand the basic principles of food and safety? The Food Safety – Level 1 course is designed for individuals who work in establishments that serve food to customers. You need to ensure the establishment is safe. The course is the perfect choice for individuals who don’t directly handle or prepare the food but they work in an environment where there is food. Individuals working in such environments must familiarise themselves with food and safety practices in order to be near the food.
The Food Safety – Level 1 course covers key topics such as learning about the importance of food safety, food hygiene, food cleaning and how to prevent contamination.
The Food Safety – Level 1 course is also ideal for individuals who work with pre-packaged and wrapped food.
