This Level 3 Food Safety course is designed to develop your current food safety skills and knowledge to better help in a supervisory role. It will give a wider knowledge of food safety legislation, the roles and responsibilities of a supervisor, and it will also help to demonstrate compliance with food safety regulations


This e-learning course will approximately take six hours of guided learning.

What does study method mean?
