Next, learners will look at managing drinks. They will learn how to choose, store, and serve drinks, and how to meet customer expectations in different food service settings.
Finally, the course teaches money management in food and beverage services. This includes learning how to make a budget, price items, and manage daily costs. Learners will understand how to make better business decisions for food and drink services.
