The online learning module focuses on the recognition and management of illness and injury within the workplace. This includes looking at topics such as heart attacks, strokes and diabetes and many more.
A nationally recognised certificate is issued once both elements of the course are complete.

The only pre entry requirement is that candidates have the Level 3 First Aid at Work certificate, which has not expired by more than 28 days. Once this time frame has lapsed candidates are required to complete the level 3 First Aid at Work (3 day) course.
The qualification can be used for people who want to work as a volunteer at sporting events and festivals.
It is also suitable for first aid instructors both new and old.
Construction workers can use the qualification as part of their continuing professional development.
