About the Tutor

Lisa Vick is a Script Supervisor with over 20 years experience. She started at the bottom, as a floor runner on pop promos and commercials, spent two years in the production office, followed by short stints in camera and make-up, before training with Nikki Clapp, Suzanne McGeaghan and Julie Robinson on a variety of projects. She also learnt the US system from US Script Supervisors Dianne Dreyer and Jayne-Ann Tenggren. Lisa got her break on 2nd unit of ‘The Saint’ and continued to learn on the job, watching, listening, learning, and spending as much time in the editing room as possible whilst working on 2nd units for ‘The Saint’, ‘Event’ Horizon’ and ‘Star Wars: Episode 1”. Since then Lisa has worked on over 35 films as diverse as ‘Love Actually’, ‘Hotel Rwanda’, ‘Edge of Tomorrow’, ‘Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation’ and ‘Assassin’s Creed’.
